Throughout his career, Mike has built and led high-performing organizations with a focus on creating exceptional experiences, strengthening operations, and driving long-term growth.

With a background in Sports Management, Mike brings extensive expertise in executive leadership, national operations, business development, sales, P&L management, team building, standard operating procedures, property management, and hospitality. His career has included leadership roles as Owner of Athletes First Sports, Senior Director of National Operations for MVP Sports Clubs, and General Manager/COO of Impact Athletic Clubs.

Mike's experience also extends internationally, where he has developed relationships and business collaborations with prominent organizations, universities, athletes, and business leaders.
