Frankie is a seasoned and passionate basketball director with a rich and diverse career across all levels of the sport. A former collegiate athlete who competed at both the NCAA Division I and Division III levels, Frankie brings firsthand insight into the student-athlete experience—the challenges, the discipline, and the pursuit of excellence.

With a deep background in coaching and program development, Frankie has served in key assistant roles and has led numerous successful basketball programs. His coaching résumé includes serving as director and head coach for some of the nation’s top teams, highlighted by a prominent role within the elite Nike EYBL circuit. His leadership has helped shape the careers of many athletes who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level and in the NBA.

Currently serving as National Director of Basketball for Eastern Sports Management (ESM), Frankie oversees tournament execution and basketball programming across major facilities including the Virginia Beach Field House, Memphis Sports and Events Center, and Hagerstown Field House.

Driven by a lifelong commitment to the game, Frankie is known for his coaching pedigree, player development expertise, and his unwavering dedication to building impactful programs that empower athletes to reach their full potential.
